Well it is cleansing time, this time again it is for the Gallbladder. I kind of goofed up as I had about a cup of water from the bottle, as I can't have coffee for this cleanse. I sat in the park wishing and yearning for a coffee, looking at two restaurants who could provide that.
So, I sat and drew out a dog dreaming of bones. Much like how I felt.
As I sat in the park, two tiny little Ecuadorian kids decided to join me and thus following their father. The kids were running about all over the table that I was working on, and for the most part nothing really disturbed me but their dad was a bit worried they would upset my goal of drawing this little picture.
In the end of it all it was a nice experience except for the cleansing part. It was very effective but I am sure that you don't want me to go into the details. Let's just simply say, it was worthwhile to do it and I recommend doing it for those of you who think that such a change is needed.
Talk with you all later, keep clean and eat well, with conscientiousness
